You’re not Alone
I’m writing this heart felt message because I’m concerned about everyone. I want to connect with all of you in this time, especially because many people are feeling scarcity, anxiety, and uncertainty.
The news is getting more dismal as cases of the virus increase. For many, we go down the rabbit hole of negative thinking right along with the news.
Now especially, is the time to remember to stay grateful for everything we do have.
A great way to do that is to write 5 things you are grateful for each day before getting out of bed. Start you day on a positive note. If your not a writer, say them out-loud. And feel the gratitude for each thing you are recalling. This will anchor your positive thoughts in my brain and change your chemistry, keeping you in positive energy.
Let’s all stay in a loving space, stay safe and healthy, by remaining in the high vibration of gratitude and love. It will help us stay stronger and healthier.
