Train Your Brain to Make More Money
How’s the new year resolutions going so far? Have your sworn that this is the year of change? You’re going to get serious about your income, make more money, or get a better job?
By now you have figured out that this is not happening. As hard as you have tried you keep repeating the same behavior and achieving no results.

The area of the brain used for will power is the prefrontal cortex, located behind the forehead. A large portion of this area is responsible for keeping you focused, handling short-term memory, decision making, regulating behavior and problem solving. Sometimes we want to change too many things as once. The cortex can be more effective if we only focus on one thing at a time.

Find time in your day to be still and breath, if only for a few moments, look up to the sky and take 3 deep breaths. This will shut down the ego and help shift your mind to come into peaceful and relaxing state. It will reset you mind, and you will be able to see problems from a new perspective.
