Remove Stress with Fung Shui
Fung Shui is a great tool to change your stress levels. It helps center and ground you, resulting in making better decisions and achieving much happiness.
It helps to reveal how a home or workspace can affect your health, relationships and personal growth. Your experience of who you are is connected to everything in your life. Your environment reflects who you are.
Try this exercise:
- Draw a line down the middle of a piece of paper.
- On the top left column write – Change. On the top right column write – Like
- Look in each room of your home and see what you would like to change. Go to each room and obverse, without judgement what needs altering.
- Write one or two words to express what you would change in the left column.
- In the right column write one or two words that describe what you like about each space.
- Look at both columns.
- Describe how you fell when looking at each one. Do they feel differently? Does one column make you feel happier than the other?
There is a correlation between where you feel stuck in your life, and the stuck energy in your home. It can immobilize you and stop you from moving forward in your life.
It represents something in your life that is not working.

How would you like to feel happy again? One tip to change your life is to reflex who you. Stop running around and be still. Does that feel foreign to you? Baby steps is the answer. Do it first thing in the morning when you can. Be as consistent as possible without judgement of yourself when you can’t do it.

Meditation will help you get in touch with that person.
Negative energy does not serve you. It’s the ego diminishing your worth and power. By mediating you will start to get in touch with the awesome person you are. It will help you become aware of who you are and what you want. It’s the start of changing yourself worth, and the beginning of embracing the awesome you.
