My brother Louis’s passing at 27 taught me to live life fully. His constant happiness showed me that I always have a choice in how I view every situation.
Losing my parents and brother Charlie was devastating, but I’ve learned to hold them in my heart and appreciate what I have. And remember the good times.
Divorcing my husband after 20 years due to alcoholism was difficult, but I focused on healing myself. I realized I couldn’t control others, only love and care for myself.
My personal journey of healing uncovered art’s transformative power. Now I integrate art in my Breakthrough Coaching and Team-Building Workshops.
